The May First Fridays Green Day Celebration—May 3 from 5-9 p.m., centered on the courthouse lawn—is jam-packed with outdoor events and green activities to pick from. Choose your own outdoor adventure at this environmental extravaganza; get in on the free tree sapling giveaway, participate in outdoor activities, shop for outdoor and summertime gear, and learn about the environment and sustainability through an assortment of fun and informative booths and programs.

Presented in collaboration with the Goshen Shade Tree Board and the Goshen Department of Environmental Resilience, the Green Day Celebration features an awards show and live musical performances by Goshen Elementary School choirs, Nayo Ulloa, and Goshen's very own Indie Rock stalwarts, Shiny Shiny Black. Downtown Goshen bars and restaurants, along with a tantalizing array of vendors and trucks trucks, are on-hand to serve First Fridays revelers a wide selection of great food and drinks.
